As you may have heard, it is now possible to access the CIA/BLACK/RED GROUP and the (former?) KGB 'Cloaked Files' thanks to a fortunate loop hole in the Freedom of Information Act. We have compiled a stand-alone telecommunications tool (Encrypt v2.3) that will link your modem directly to the BlackStar satellite used by these agencies for communication. Encrypt 2.3 will also generate a password giving your computer access to files in their central data base. In it's present form you are only allowed to download two files, preselected by the tool itself, but these should supply ample proof that what you don't know CAN hurt you. These files, and many more, are about to be presented to the popular press.
------------------>Some VERY Important Things You Should Know<-----------------
・ This link and the encrypted access codes will most probably change within the next
30-60 days, rendering this program useless. Use it immediately and help us to build
a wide base of individuals who possess these files so that their existence
is undeniable.
・ Do NOT open the program with ResEdit or any other resource editor; for unknown
reasons (DELTA virus?) this will cause not only a system 'freeze' but WILL
damage your hard drive!
・ Again for unknown reasons your modem's speaker may not respond during the 'dial
up' but you may hear it's sounds through some other output device. This is
completely harmless but it can be startling.
・ Finally, though this all seems very unstable and potentially dangerous, it has already
been used by over 1100 Mac owners without incident or damage to their computers.
It is entirely safe provided you do not use a resource editor as mentioned above.

To install and launch: Simply double click the 'BlackStar 2.3' icon. All of the Encrypt companion files will be installed automatically and the program will begin password generation and dial-up procedures. It will be necessary for you to select a Baud rate compatible with your modem when prompted to do so.
File retrieval is automatic but may take several minutes. None of this will be reflected in your monthly phone charges as you are using the US 'sub-trunk' (a discovery made possible by files already retrieved from BlackStar) to communicate, via dish in Puerto Rico, with the satellite. Once your files have been transferred the program will log off.
To view files: Retrieved files will be decompressed and saved to folder "ReCvd Files" (located within the BlacKStar folder). Text files may be viewed using any word processor and graphics files may be viewed with any program able to read PICT/JPEG/GIF images. Possession of these files is not illegal and we urge you to both retain your originals and to distribute copies as you see fit.
